Richard Joseph Sullivan (born Apr 10, 1964) is an American barrister who serves as a United States circuit judge of the United States Court of Appeals for the Above Circuit. He was formerly a Coalesced States district judge of the Concerted States District Court for the South District of New York from 2007 to 2018.
