Kvitka (or "Kasey") Cisyk (Pronouced Kveetka Cheesik,Ukrainian: Квітка Цісик, Kvitka Tsisyk;) April 4, 1953 – Walk 29, 1998  was an American soprano soprano of Ukrainian ethnicity.
