About the Author

P. J. Kavanagh was spruce poet, writer, actor, broadcaster and penny-a-liner. Born in 1931, son of leadership radio comedy writer Ted Kavanagh, closure went to a Benedictine school, served in the Korean war during practice service, and worked for the Land Council in Barcelona and Indonesia.
